ERP & Operations Analyst

˚MEQU is a Danish MedTech company behind the ˚M Warmer System, an innovative medical device that enables healthcare professionals to deliver warm blood and IV-fluids from point of injury to the hospital. THE POSITION & TASKS

°MEQU is growing, and we now establish a new position to strengthen our Supply Chain and Operational processes.

Ideally, we are looking for a person who has proven knowledge of ERP systems covering the full range of processes within manufacturing, procurement, and distribution of Medtech products. The production of °MEQU’s °M Warmer System takes place with external partners in a complex end-to-end Supply Chain.

As our ERP Controller you will take on a newly created role at °MEQU, created to strengthen our operational processes at an exciting phase of international growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Be part of specifying and selecting our new ERP system
  • Implement and maintain a new ERP system
  • Be responsible for our ERP master data
  • Ensure high quality data management and reporting to be used for governance and performance monitoring (e.g. cost prize development, suppliers order fulfillment, lead times, manufacturing data like OEE at suppliers).
  • Secure data integration with our suppliers and with our US based company

 

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR SKILLS

We imagine that there may be several different entrances to this job:

Most likely, you have an educational background in a related IT-technical field, combined with some years using your knowledge in a similar organizational context.

You may have a background in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Manufacturing.

Overall, it is important that you have the interest and ability to understand a technically complex purchasing and production environment.

Besides this, we imagine that you can tick off several of the following:

  • Experience with various it-based solutions
  •  Several years of experience working with Excel
  • Experience with Power-BI
  • Strong skills in Data Management
  • Solid experience carrying out Data analysis

Preferred professional background

  • Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management (e.g. Production Engineer or Financial education)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power-BI
  • Background in a regulated environment (e.g. medical devices/pharma) is a plus
